With Optrafair getting ever closer, we have spoken with numerous companies and optical professionals that will not be exhibiting or attending this year due to many different reasons. Do you feel that the current economic situation has influenced this? Or do you feel that exhibitions of this nature have become somewhat dated now and have unfortunately become an expensive luxury for companies to showcase their products, when they are now able to do this efficiently and certainly more cost effectively on the internet? Your thoughts would be appreciated.
