From the College of Optometrists:

Heavy snow has fallen across England and London’s transport system has been severely disrupted. Trains, buses, tubes and flights have either been cancelled or services suspended.
The Met Office have warned that there is a high risk of further severe weather continuing to effect parts of the country throughout Monday and Tuesday. If you have any urgent questions about the ceremony please call 020 7839 6000.”
