Held over two days at our Bath Street site, this weekend course is held towards the end of the pre-registration year in time to prepare for the Final Assessment.
Our mock exam day will put all delegates through each of the practical exams that make up the Final Assessment: each exam is held in real time and by current College Examiners - it doesn’t get any closer to the real thing than this! Following each exam there will be an opportunity for one to one feedback, and in the evening there is a ODA station feedback session.
Saturday Mock Exams:
Ocular Disease Station Exam, Ocular Disease Oral Exam, The Routine Exam, The Contact Lens Exam.
Sunday Tutorials:
The Sunday will consist of rotations through a number of tutorial or practical sessions in small groups, covering the CDM Exam, Slit Lamp for the Aftercare Exam and a BV assessment in preparation for the ODA Exam.
In the Clinical Decision Making (CDM) tutorials, delegates will have the opportunity to go through prepared clinical case records followed by a group Q & A session.
Places for this course fill up early and is limited to 36: Early booking is advised to avoid disappointment.
