How to Interview - Part Two

So then, following on from my Blog on Monday we should now be fully prepared and understand the company we are going to see. Preparation in the early stages of interviewing is crucial for a variety of different reasons:

• We need to make the right decision in relation to our career path
• Without fully understanding the client before we go for the interview how can we expect to ask appropriate questions

And the most important reason of all is that it gives us the best opportunity of getting the role we want. 

We now need to consider the answers to some interview style questions:

• What can you bring to the company?
• Why should they take you on?
• What are they wanting to achieve with the practice/company?
• What do you want to achieve with your career?

Once we have answers in place for these generic questions, we can then move onto how to conduct ourselves within the interview.
